How we Work

Stone and rock in their natural state are beautiful and untouched.  Combined with plantings, they can totally transform a barren area into an instant landscape of natural beauty.

The one underlining barrier in working with stone and rock is the weight of the product.  We have the purpose built TATONKA truck to access and collect stone and rocks with minimal impact from farms and quarries and in turn to place them strategically where required.

Our TATONKA truck enables us to access and retrieve any type of local rock, stumps, or artifacts such as old machinery or items of eye catching interest.  It is a short wheel based 4 x 4 high-low ratio vehicle equipped with maximum sized floatation tyres giving it superior grip and traction enabling greater versatility with its onroad/offroad capacity.  It is also equipped with a three staged crane which has a three tonne lifting capacity and a reach of 7.5m.  It has a three way tipping deck and is also fitted with hydraulic winches placed front and rear. It’s our great “Beast of Burden!”
